▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Separating and purifying graphene comprises taking biomass carbon or resin-modified asphalt at 1300-1350 degrees C and heating with oxygen to obtain a graphene-containing mixture, and taking the mixture in a solvent to separate 1-15 layers of graphene by liquid phase separation. The specific steps comprises (i) grinding the mixture into particles with a mesh number of not less than 3000 mesh, adding the particles to the solvent, adding disodium edetate, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution, (ii) taking ultrasonic vibration of the mixed solution for 20-180 minutes, and performing centrifugal separation, controlling the centrifugal rotation speed to 1000-8000 revolution/minutes, where the centrifugation time is 10-60 minutes, and collecting the diluted graphite suspension, and (iii) repeating the step (ii) at least once, filtering treatment, and obtaining the graphene after drying the filter material. USE - The method is useful for separating and purifying grapheme. ADVANTAGE - The method: has high recovery rate; and ensures that the purity of graphene is relatively high.
