▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An article comprises a substrate comprising a polymer film having a surface (S1) and an opposed surface (S2), and a graphene coating arranged on the surface (S1) of the polymer film. The article is configured to support a sample for electron or optical microscopy. USE - Article used for imaging of sample (claimed) for studying three-dimensional structure of astrocytes, neurons and synapses. ADVANTAGE - The article provides sample images having excellent image quality even at high-accelerating voltages, and eliminates charging effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the article, which involves providing a substrate comprising a polymer film having a surface (S1) and an opposed surface (S2), and coating a layer comprising graphene on the surface (S1) of the substrate; and (2) imaging of sample, which involves mounting a ribbon of a specimen on the article, and imaging the sample with an electron microscope.
