NOVELTY - Preparing polystyrene enzyme label plate of loaded graphene film involves using chemical vapor deposition to grow graphene on the metal substrate to obtain the first sample. The polymethyl methacrylate is spin-coated on the front of the first sample, and the second sample is obtained after heating and curing. The back of the second sample is put into the plasma bombardment device, plasma is vacuumized and bombarded, and third sample is taken after the bombardment is over. The third sample is added to the etching solution with the front facing up, the metal substrate is etched away, and the fourth sample is obtained after cleaning. The polystyrene enzyme label plate is pulled out from the fourth sample solution, fourth sample covers the surface of the polystyrene plate, heated and dried after absorbing water to dry, and the fifth sample is obtained. The polymethyl methacrylate in the fifth sample is removed to obtain a polystyrene microplate plate loaded with graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polystyrene enzyme label plate of loaded graphene film, where graphene film grown by chemical vapor deposition is covered on the polystyrene plate, and the unique characteristics of graphene is used to greatly improve the detection range and shorten the detection time, use of graphene film to cover the surface of polystyrene greatly improves its acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance and grease resistance.
