▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene paint mist treatment agent comprises: agent-A prepared from 0.02-0.08 wt.% modified graphene, 1.6-2.6 wt.% water-soluble melamine formaldehyde resin, 0.2-0.6 wt.% sodium hydroxide and the balance of water; and agent-B prepared from 0.06-0.12 wt.% of water-based sodium bentonite, 0.2-0.5 wt.% of water-soluble acrylic resin, 5-10 wt.% of polyaluminum chloride and the balance of water. USE - Used as graphene paint mist treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The graphene paint mist treatment agent: is completely sticky; is convenient to use; is simple; does not affect the bottom of the clean-up; does not improve the cleaning tank costs; is clear and transparent; is cost effective; and reduces emission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a method (M1) for producing the graphene paint treatment agent, comprising preparing agent-A by adding 1/5 to 1/4 of water in the reactor, adding water-based sodium bentonite, stirring for two hours, then adding water-soluble acrylic resin and poly aluminum chloride, then stirring for two hours, and making up the rest of the water with even stirring; and (2) a method (M2) for using the graphene paint treating agent, where the agent is first added to the coating water and the pH of the circulating water is adjusted to 8-9 so that the circulating water in the paint undergoes sticky demulsification and forms paint residue, and agent-B is added for flocculation, so that the formation of the paint in the last step together, and to facilitate the next step to salvage or filter lacque.
