NOVELTY - Improving extraction rate of resveratrol in peanut root, comprises (i) crushing peanut root, obtaining peanut root powder for low pressure steam swelling treatment, cooling to room temperature to obtain the puffed mixture; (ii) inoculating strain in Luria-Bertani culture medium, culturing to obtain bacteria liquid, and uniformly mixing bacteria liquid and swelling mixture to process to obtain solid-liquid mixture; (iii) adding ethanol solution to the prepared solid-liquid mixture, mixing uniformly, performing ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging the mixed solution obtained by ultrasonic treatment, and collecting supernatant after centrifuging; (iv) obtaining subjecting supernatant to adsorption treatment by adsorption column filled with adsorption particles, eluting by ethanol solution with mass concentration of 70-80 %, performing low-temperature vacuum evaporation to the eluted solution, pre-freezing obtained concentrated solution, dry freezing, to obtain the resveratrol crystal. USE - The method is useful for improving extraction rate of resveratrol in peanut root. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve purity of the prepared resveratrol.
