▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A 180 degrees bending-type graphene liquid metal filter plane choke comprises choke base layer, filter medium layer and packaging material layer, where the choke coil base layer is copper wire, and the filter medium layer comprises 1-10 wt.% functional graphene material, 1-30 wt.% liquid metal, 2-6 wt.% amine curing agent and remaining of epoxy resin. USE - As 180 degrees bending-type graphene liquid metal filter plane choke. ADVANTAGE - The choke has high polarity current, excellent filtering performance and low energy loss, and ensures filtering effect of -4 to -6 db. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the choke, involving (a) taking copper line, winding to the shape of S-shaped curve segment to obtain first S-shaped curve segment, taking non-starting end of first S-shaped curve segment as shaft, symmetrically wounding second S-shaped curve segment to form first 180 degrees winding choke, and 180 degrees winding chokes are horizontally wound to the same operation as winding method of first 180 degrees winding choke to obtain a plane 180 degrees winding choke base layer, where the vertical height of each 180 degrees winding choke is H, and the distance between two adjacent 180 degrees winding choke is D, (b) taking filter medium layer raw materials, (c) adding functional graphene material and liquid metal to the epoxy resin at a rate of 3 g/minute, stirring the mixture at a speed of 400 rpm, after adding the material, and ultrasonic dispersing the mixture for 16 minutes to obtain a mixed liquid (A), (d) adding amine curing agent to mixed liquid (A) at a constant rotating speed, and uniformly stirring for 32 minutes to obtain filter medium (B), and (e) pouring the obtained filter medium (B) to two surfaces of planar 180 degrees winding choke base layer, sealing and encapsulating the filter medium (B), completing sealing the encapsulation, heating and curing to obtain the product.
