▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving corrosion resistance of helicopter blade metal bushing comprises (i) cladding corrosion resistant mixed powder on the surface of the metal bushing to form a corrosion resistant cladding coating with thickness of 3-5 mm, the mixed powder is composed of B powder, graphene and iron-based self-melting alloy powder, the mass ratio of B powder and graphite alkene is (2-3):(3-2) and the mass fraction of B powder and graphene in the mixed powder is 5-9 wt.%; and (ii) using B powder and graphene as reinforcing material and the iron-based self-melting alloy powder as the base material, milling surface of the metal bushing and cutting so that the thickness of the corrosion-resistant cladding layer is 1-2 mm. The material of the metal lining is 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel. USE - The method is useful for improving corrosion resistance of helicopter blade metal bushing. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to improve corrosion resistance of helicopter blade metal bush; is economical and simple; coats composite material on the surface of the base material by thermal spraying, thermal spraying or plasma cladding, so that it is combined with base material; adds the coating with graphene and B powder which reduces the melting point of the alloy powder system with good metallurgical bonding and improves the fluidity and wettability of the molten pool; and reduces the crack and the defect of the air hole.
