NOVELTY - Preparing high-temperature graphene sheets involves (1) taking as graphene raw material, adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone as a surfactant, adding water as a dispersant, mixing and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the graphene, graphene is a physical method of graphene, the quality of graphene and polyvinylpyrrolidone in the ratio of (7-20):1, and (2) adding the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution and magnesium oxide into the slurry, graphene sequentially high-speed dispersion machine to disperse, high-pressure homogenizer homogenizing and de-foaming machine to obtain the high-temperature graphene, the mass ratio of the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium oxide in the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution is 1:(0.1-1), the high-temperature graphene is 3-9 wt.%, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, and 15-20 wt.% magnesium oxide, and the viscosity of the high-temperature graphene is 10000-20000 CPS. USE - Method for preparing high-temperature graphene sheet. ADVANTAGE - The high-temperature graphene sheet has solved the problem that the graphene heating sheet cannot realize the heating temperature of more than 100 ℃.
