NOVELTY - A train interior trim fabric comprises 60-80 pts. wt. modified cotton fiber, 10-25 pts. wt. gel balls and 8-15 pts. wt. whiskers. The modified cotton fiber is made of cotton fiber through carboxymethyl shell manufactured after modification of glycan. USE - Train interior trim fabric. ADVANTAGE - The train interior trim fabric has excellent abrasion resistance, noise reduction and flame retardancy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the train interior trim fabric, which involves mixing and reacting cotton fiber with carboxymethyl chitosan solution, baking, washing, and drying to obtain modified cotton fiber, mixing chitosan with acid solution, adding modified graphene oxide, after ultrasonic dispersion, dropping into sodium hydroxide solution and filtering to obtain gel ball, forming the modified cotton fiber into a cloth to obtain a train interior fabric blank, mixing the blank with sodium hydroxide solution, and adding the gel ball under stirring, adding glutaraldehyde, filtering and washing to obtain pretreated train interior fabric blanks, mixing the pretreated fabric blanks with calcium chloride solution, adding the crystal form control agent and sulfuric acid, stirring and reacting, filtering, washing, and drying.
