▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified polyethylene terephthalate blended fiber comprises (i) modifying graphene with cationic modifier, (ii) blending the modified cationic graphene, modifier and polyethylene terephthalate chip powder, and granulating in a a twin-screw extruder to obtain modified graphene chips, (iii) melting the dried polyethylene terephthalate chips and modified graphene chips by screw extruders to obtain polyethylene terephthalate spinning melt and graphene modified chip spinning melt, (iv) respectively introducing the two spinning melts into the two-component composite spinning assembly through their corresponding pipes for spinning, and ejecting the two spinning melts from the composite spinneret to form blended fiber, and (v) cooling, oiling, stretching and setting and winding the above blended fiber to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-modified polyethylene terephthalate blended fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the dispersibility of the graphene sheet; improves the uniformity of the graphene in the composite fiber; achieving the composite fiber of graphene modified polyethylene terephthalate with excellent performance, makes the fiber with excellent mechanical property; spines the graphene master batch slice and polyethylene terephthalate slice composite spinneret plate to prepare the four-leaf clover-shaped composite fiber.
