NOVELTY - Manufacturing laser-induced graphene oxide structure involves applying a precursor solution on a graphene oxide precursor material containing a polymer and selectively irradiating a laser light source to the synthesis region on the graphene oxide precursor material to which the precursor solution is applied, and synthesizing a laser-induced graphene oxide structure. USE - Method for manufacturing laser-induced graphene oxide structure. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture laser-induced graphene oxide structure that has a porous structure, and in eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a induced oxide graphene structure manufacturing apparatus, which comprises a graphene oxide precursor material comprising a polymer, coating device for applying a precursor solution to the graphene oxide precursor material and laser light source that selectively irradiates energy to one or more synthetic regions which are positioned on the graphene oxide precursor material and converts the graphene oxide precursor material to laser-induced graphene oxide through selective energy irradiation; (2) a laser-induced graphene oxide structure, which comprises a laser-induced graphene oxide derived from a graphene oxide precursor and having a porous honeycomb structure; (3) a energy storage device, which comprises the laser-induced graphene oxide structure; and (4) a electronic device, which comprises the laser-induced graphene oxide structure.
