ADVANTAGE - The electrode has wide linear range, high sensitivity, low detection limit, low detection cost and accurate result, in a simple and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a vanillin electrochemical detection device (2) a method for detecting vanillin in food.
