NOVELTY - Detecting diglyceride in shellfish involves accurately weighing the shellfish samples, and grinding them into slurry, adding a buffer solution to the homogenate, after vortexing for 3-6 minutes, adding acidified acetonitrile, and vortexing again for 2-4 minutes to obtain a mixed slurry, adding the first reagent for removing the pigment in the mixed solution, shaking, standing for liquid separation to obtain an organic phase and an aqueous phase, adding an excess of the second reagent for removing trace elements into the aqueous phase, after shaking, standing at 25-30℃ for 20-40 minutes, and filtering to obtain a mixed solution, centrifuging the mixture for 2-4 minutes to obtain a supernatant from which the protein is removed, adding a derivatization reagent to the supernatant, and after the reaction is completed, an analytical solution on the machine is obtained.
