NOVELTY - A bovine serum albumin simultaneous enrichment and desalination method involves ultrasonically atomizing oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, passing through high-temperature tube furnace at 450-550 V under N2 drive. Solid sodium chloride is added into the bovine serum albumin solution, fully dissolved under magnetic stirring, and treated liquid is passed through an activated solid-phase extraction column, followed by extracting with methanol, collecting solid phase extraction agent eluent by micropore and entering inot the rapid protein purification system for AKTA-Start analysis detection. USE - Method for simultaneous enrichment and desalination of bovine serum albumin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simultaneous enrichment and desalination of bovine serum albumin in simple, cost effective, convenient, and quick manner.
