▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite visible light catalyst comprises porphyrin-sensitized titanium dioxide nanowire/redox graphene composite, where the titanium dioxide nanowire diameter is 100-150 nm, and the length is 1-1.5 mu m. USE - The catalyst is useful for degrading methylene blue and other organic pollutants. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high catalytic efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for preparing the composite visible light catalyst, comprising (i) ultrasonically cleaning titanium sheet with acetone and ethanol for 15 minutes, then rinsing with deionized water, and transferring the titanium sheet to an oven and drying at 80 degrees C for 10 minutes; then placing the dried titanium sheet in an autoclave containing 1 mol/l sodium hydroxide, sealing the autoclave and placed in an oven at 240 degrees C, allowing to react for 8 hours, and rinsing the titanium sheets with deionized water until neutral, to obtain titanium-based titanium dioxide nanowire; (ii) taking 2 mg/ml reduced graphene oxide nanosheet suspension as deposition liquid, titanium-based titanium dioxide nanowire as working electrode, platinum plate electrode as counter electrode, carrying out electrophoretic deposition, so as to deposit reduced graphene oxide nanosheet on titanium sheet to obtain titanium-based modified titanium dioxide nanowire materials, where the pH of the deposition liquid is 7-8.50, deposition temperature is 20-30 degrees C, deposition current is 3-15 mA, deposition voltage is 10 V, and deposition time is 20 minutes; and (iii) scarping the titanium-based titanium dioxide nanowire/redox graphene composite with blade, then dissolving in dimethyl formamide, adding tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin, where titanium dioxide nanowire/redox graphene composite redox accounts for 0.5 mass% in the solution, and tetra (4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin accounts for 0.05 mass% in the solution; then reflux heating for 5 hours, centrifuging, washing with dimethyl formamide three times, and washing with deionized water 5 times, and oven drying at 80 degrees C for 10 minutes to obtain porphyrin-sensitized titanium dioxide nanowire/redox graphene composite.
