NOVELTY - The rapid breath testing system (100) has a mouthpiece (101) operable to receive air flow from a breath. A cassette is provided with a biosensor and a cassette conduit having a cassette inlet (104) and a cassette outlet. The mouthpiece is removably connected to the cassette inlet such that a sample of the air flow passes through the cassette conduit and over the biosensor. The biosensor is provided with several graphene-based sensors and the biosensor that is operable to detect a presence of volatile organic compound (VOC) in the air flow sample through several graphene-based sensors. The mouthpiece is provided with a passive check valve. USE - Rapid breath testing system for real-time detection of volatile organic compounds in breath samples to enhance early detection of a variety of diseases including but not limited to cancer, asthma, COPD, kidney dysfunction, and respiratory illness. ADVANTAGE - The rapid breath testing system comprises a mouthpiece that is operable to receive air flow from a breath of a user at the breath inlet and pass a sample of the air flow out the sample air flow outlet, and thus enables the continued operation of facilities or various activities without substantial harm and inconvenience to the public, and also enhances early detection of a variety of diseases including but not limited to cancer, asthma, COPD, kidney dysfunction, and respiratory illness.
