NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified carbon/silicon carbide composite material comprises e.g. cleaning carbon fiber fabric, preparing graphene dispersion solution, preparing graphene modified boron phenolic resin solution, soaking dried carbon fiber fabric in graphene modified boron phenolic resin solution, preparing graphene modified precursor solution, curing impregnated precursor solution, high temperature cracking, obtaining carbon/silicon carbide composite material blank, mechanically processing carbon/silicon carbide composite material blank. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified carbon/silicon carbide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high specific surface area to realize the molecular level of reinforcing, which improves microscopic interface property, so as to improve mechanical property and erosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified carbon/silicon carbide composite material comprises (i) soaking carbon fiber fabric in acetone, airing and drying, (ii) dissolving graphene in solvent, ultrasonic vibrating and dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion solution, (iii)adding boron phenolic resin into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring uniformly to obtain boron phenolic resin solution, dispersing graphene solution with the boron phenolic resin solution, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain graphene modified boron phenolic resin solution, (iv) soaking the step (i) dried carbon fiber fabric in step (iii) obtained graphene modified boron phenolic resin solution, composite vacuum vibrating, adding soaked carbon fiber fabric composite into curing furnace to cure, adding the cured carbon fiber fabric into high temperature cracking furnace for high temperature cracking, and forming preform, (v) adding precursor polycarbosilane into dimethylbenzene, stirring uniformly to obtain polycarbosilane solution, mixing graphene dispersion solution with polycarbosilane solution, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain graphene modified precursor solution, (vi) placing the step (iv) preform into the step (v) graphene modified precursor solution, composite vacuum vibrating and curing to obtain cured preform, (vii) placing the step (vi) cured preform into cracking furnace for high-temperature cracking, (viii) repeating steps (vi) and (vii) for 6-12 times, obtaining carbon/silicon carbide composite material blank, and (ix) mechanically processing carbon/silicon carbide composite material blank to obtain graphene modified carbon/silicon carbide composite material product.
