NOVELTY - Graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud antibacterial coating comprises 100-140 pts. wt. graphene-loaded silver-ion diatom mud powder, 1.6-2.4 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. thickener, 4-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 100-140 pts. wt. water, 800-1200 pts. wt. aqueous resin dispersion, 35-45 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. pH regulator, where the solid content in the aqueous resin dispersion is 35-45%, the content of graphene in the graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud antibacterial coating is (40-70) g/10kg, and the content of silver ions in the graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud antibacterial coating is (4-7) g/10kg. USE - Used as graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud antibacterial coating. ADVANTAGE - The method solves poor loading effect of nano-silver in the existing graphene nano-silver dispersion, which leads to the problem that nano silver ions are easily oxidized in the air and lose their antibacterial and antiviral activities. The nano-silver ions are reliably loaded on graphene, extends efficient use period of nano-silver ions for antibacterial and antiviral activity, purifies formaldehyde, and releases negative oxygen ions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud antibacterial coating, comprising (i) preparing graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud powder as follows: (1) mixing the water-soluble graphene solution and nano-silver ion solution with ultrasonic-assisted stirring for 6-10 hours to obtain graphene-loaded silver ion mixture, where the concentration of graphene in the water-soluble graphene solution is 1.5-8 g/l, the concentration of silver ions in the nano-silver ion solution is 500-3000 ppm, and (2) adding nano-titanium dioxide, superfine calcium stearate, superfine talc, superfine diatomite, nano tourmaline powder and copper-doped titanium dioxide powder into the graphene-loaded silver ion mixture, stirring and mixing, sieving and drying to obtain graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud powder, where the mass fraction of graphene in the graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud powder is 2-8%, the mass fraction of silver ions is 0.2-0.8%, the mass fraction of nano-titanium dioxide is 25-35%, the mass fraction of superfine calcium stearate is 5-15%, the mass fraction of superfine talc powder is 5-15%, the mass fraction of superfine diatomite is 10-20%, the mass fraction of nano tourmaline powder is 15-25%, and the mass fraction of copper-doped titanium dioxide powder is 20-30%, (ii) providing 100-140 pts. wt. graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud powder, 1.6-2.4 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. thickener, 4-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 100-140 pts. wt. water, 800-1200 pts. wt. aqueous resin dispersion, 35-45 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. pH adjuster, where the antifoaming agent is equally divided into two parts, and the solid content in the aqueous resin dispersion is 35-45%, (iii) stirring one of the two parts of the antifoaming agent, thickener, dispersant and water, dispersing and mixing with mixer to obtain preliminary mixture, (iv) adding the graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud powder into initial mixture, and stirring to obtain middle mixture, and (v) adding one of the two parts of the antifoaming agent, aqueous resin dispersion, film-forming auxiliary agent and pH regulator into the middle mixture, and stirring uniformly to obtain graphene-loaded silver-ion diatom mud antibacterial coating, where the content of graphene in the graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud antibacterial coating is (40-70) g/10kg, and the content of silver ions in the graphene-loaded silver ion diatom mud antibacterial coating is (4-7) g/10kg.
