▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing a flexible and polymeric solid foam. A carbon nano tube (CNT), graphene, or graphene oxide dispersion is applied to surface of the foam. The CNT, graphene, or graphene oxide dispersion is penetrated into the foam. The dispersion is dried to form a CNT, graphene, or graphene oxide layer within the foam. A polymeric film is applied over the CNT, graphene, or graphene oxide layer. The two electrical leads are applied in electrical contact with the CNT, graphene, or graphene oxide layer. The electrical leads are stitched to the CNT, graphene, or graphene oxide layer. The nonconductive stitches go through the CNT, graphene, or graphene oxide layer and into the foam. USE - Method of making resistively heatable flexible, foam for fragrance-releasing wall plug and inhaler (all claimed). Can also be used in headrest e.g. pillow, blanket, mattress, operating room table, guemey cover, seat warmer such as car seat warmer, heatable clothing, diving undergarment, and wound healing cover. ADVANTAGE - By incorporating the heating element directly onto the foam pad, the need for a separate thermal electric heater and the heating element located closer to the desired location is eliminated. The particles reversibly slide during deformation without rupturing or crinkling. The dielectric layer such as urethane elastomer film, is applied over conductive coating so as to maintain desired flexibility and to improve durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a resistively-heatable flexible, foam; and (2) a method of warming patient. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the foam with a surface region infused with a conductive coating.
