▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-hydrogel hydrophone comprises a polyimide film metal electrode (1), hydrogel film (2), graphene film (3), and silicon substrate (4) containing silicon oxide, where metal electrodes are provided at both ends of the adjacent surfaces of the graphene film and the hydrogel film. USE - Graphene-hydrogel hydrophone used for constructing the next generation underwater sonar detection system, to future petroleum exploration, ocean communication, positioning, navigation and target detection military and civil fields. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-hydrogel hydrophone has good low-frequency underwater acoustic detection and high detection sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene- hydrogel hydrophone, involving: a. preparing a polyimide film metal electrode containing a metal layer by a physical vapor deposition method, and using as a top electrode material; b. preparing a hydrogel film with a three-dimensional microstructure; c. preparing the graphene film by chemical vapor deposition; d. transferring the graphene film to the silicon substrate through the graphene transfer film technology; e. physically depositing gold electrodes on both ends of the upper surface of the graphene film on the silicon substrate containing silicon oxide as gate electrodes; f. attaching the three-dimensional microstructure of the hydrogel film to the surface of the graphene film; and g. attaching polyimide film metal electrode with the metal side to the surface of the hydrogel film, and encapsulating graphene-hydrogel hydrophone with a plastic film and sealing tape. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structure schematic view of a hydrophone.
