NOVELTY - Dressing comprises 30-40 pts. wt. vinyl imidazo-thiazolyl chitosan, 15-25 pts. wt. vinyl alginic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. L-carvone, 2-5 pts. wt. 3'-prenylnaringenin, 2-6 pts. wt. vinyl modified graphene, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. initiator and 10-15 pts. wt. Chinese herbal extract. USE - The dressing is useful for caring skin ulcers with anti-infection effect. ADVANTAGE - The dressing has excellent comprehensive performance, has excellent biocompatibility, and permeability, absorbs wound secretions, accelerates the elimination of patients' clinical symptoms, eases the disease, shortens the treatment course, has high cure rate, and is safe and environmentally-friendly.
