NOVELTY - Graphene-modified composite glass fiber is prepared by preparing graphene quantum dot into dispersion solution, ultrasonically stirring, obtaining graphene quantum dot dispersion solution, adding glass fiber, ultrasonically stirring, soaking, taking out the glass fiber, cleaning, drying, obtaining pretreated glass fiber, weighing graphene, preparing into graphene dispersion solution, ultrasonically stirring, adding the pretreated glass fiber, ultrasonically stirring, transferring into PTFE reaction kettle, heat preserving, taking out the glass fiber, cleaning and drying. USE - Graphene-modified composite glass fiber used for glass fiber filter paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified composite glass fiber has increased interfacial bonding force, providing glass fiber filter paper having more excellent performance, high strength, high corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance and excellent wear performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-modified composite glass fiber is prepared by preparing glass fiber by mixing 50-55% silicon dioxide (SiO2), 10-15% boron oxide (B2O3), 0.1-0.5% disodium oxide (Na2O), 10-15% alumina (Al2O3), 15-20% calcium oxide (CaO), and 0.1-0.5% multi-wall carbon nanotube or porous graphene, crushing, mixing by stirring, putting in 400-ml corundum crucible, placing in molybdenum resistance furnace, melting, where feeding temperature is 1370 degrees C and melting and clarifying temperature is 1450 plus minus 10 degrees C, baking at 1200 degrees C, casting and molding, placing in muffle furnace, annealing at 500 degrees C to produce glass, heating the glass to drawing viscosity at 1050 degrees C, and drawing into glass fiber with predetermined diameter, weighing graphene quantum dot, preparing into 0.1-1 mg/ml dispersion solution using solvent i.e. water. acetone or dimethyl sulfoxide, ultrasonically stirring, obtaining 80-100 ml graphene quantum dot dispersion solution, adding the glass fiber, ultrasonically stirring, soaking for 30-60 minutes, taking out the glass fiber, cleaning, drying, obtaining pretreated glass fiber, weighing graphene, preparing into 0.2-0.8 mg/ml graphene dispersion solution using solvent i.e. water, acetone or dimethyl sulfoxide, ultrasonically stirring, obtaining 80-100 ml graphene dispersion solution, adding the pretreated glass fiber, ultrasonically stirring for 10 minutes, transferring into PTFE reaction kettle, heat preserving at 80-120 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, taking out the glass fiber, cleaning and drying to obtain the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of glass fiber filter paper using graphene-modified composite glass fiber comprising combining 40-60 pts. wt. of 3.0-3.5 mm diameter graphene-modified composite glass fiber and 10-15 pts. wt. of 0.8-1.0 mu m diameter graphene-modified composite glass fiber, adding water and acid, stirring to obtain pulp suspension, diluting the pulp suspension to a concentration of 0.2-0.4 mass%, sending the suspension into forming machine to obtain wet paper, sizing the wet paper using sizing agent i.e. mixture of acrylic emulsion and waterproof emulsion, dehydrating to obtain wet paper having moisture content of less than 45%, drying at 100-200 degrees C, and obtaining the product.
