▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A sulfate-resistant catalyst comprises 75-90 wt.% activated aluminum trioxide, 1-10 wt.% graphene, and 1-8 pts. wt. iron(III) oxide in manganese(II) oxide/copper oxide, where amount of manganese oxide/copper oxide is 0.5-7 wt.%. USE - Sulfate-resistant catalyst used for recovering sulfur (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has surface area of 230-350 m2/g and average crush strength of 270-310 N/cm and overcomes easy production of sulfate due to trace oxygen gas and sulfur dioxide content and deactivation problems. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of catalyst comprising ultrasonically dispersing graphene in water, adding pseudoboehmite, and mixing; adding manganese(II) oxide or copper oxide, kneading, and drying; soaking in iron salt solution for 1-15 hours and drying; and calcining at 450-550 degrees C for 3-6 hours.
