▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of copper sulfide-tungsten oxide-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite material involves dissolving copper nitrate in ethylene glycol, then adding thiourea and stirring at normal temperature for 30 minutes, transferring mixed solution to hydrothermal reaction vessel, reacting at 180 degrees C for 72 hours and naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging and washing the black precipitate with water and ethanol and vacuum drying in an overnight at 80 degrees C, dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution, dispersing tungsten hexachloride in ethanol to obtain yellow solution, then adding copper sulfide powder and graphene oxide ethanol solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 minutes, heating and reacting at 150 degrees C for 10 hours, naturally cooling, washing the product with water and ethanol, and drying in a vacuum box. USE - The method is useful for preparing copper sulfide-tungsten oxide-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite material, which is used for photoelectric and photocatalysis applications.
