▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene doped titanium alloy drill rod micro-arc oxidation layer comprises pretreating a titanium alloy surface by degreasing and polishing to obtain a certain smoothness; preparing an electrolyte comprising 0.5-6 g/L graphene, 2-10 g/L sodium metasilicate, 1-5 g/L glycerol, 1-8 g/L sodium hexametaphosphate, and 3 L deionized water, and controlling temperature at 25-30 degrees C; carrying out oxidation at 2-10 A/dm2 (preferably 5-9 A/dm2) and 100-600 Hz (preferably 180-300 Hz) for 10-60 minutes (preferably 20-40 minutes); and washing with deionized or purified water, and drying at 30-60 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing a graphene doped titanium alloy drill rod micro-arc oxidation layer. ADVANTAGE - The method improves and prolongs service life of the drill rod, improves safety of the drilling, and reduces production cost.
