▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymer cross-linked structure separation membrane in which polymer cross-linked bonds are formed between layers of conductive carbon separation membrane having laminated structure. The conductive carbon separation membrane reacts with an amine-based polymer to introduce an amine group. The polymer crosslinking is formed by an amide bond between carboxy-based polymer introduced into conductive carbon separation membrane and amine-based polymer. The conductive carbon is carbon nanotubes, graphene or graphene oxide. The amine-based polymer includes hyper-branched polyethyleneimine, branched polyethyleneimine, poly(allylamine), polyvinylamine, poly(4-aminostyrene), poly(l-lysine), aminated methylcellulose, aminated ethylcellulose and/or linear polyethyleneimine. The carboxy-based polymer includes polyacrylic acid, poly(methacrylic acid), poly(maleic acid) and/or poly(4-vinylbenzoic acid). USE - The polymer cross-linked structure separation membrane is useful for conductive carbon separation membrane. ADVANTAGE - The polymer crosslinked separation membrane has improved ion removal performance and water permeability, and prevents membrane swelling phenomenon by generating hydrogen bonds between water molecules and oxygen functional groups in the channel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing polymeric cross-linked separation membrane.
