NOVELTY - Function conversion method of breathable graphene film involves pressing breathable graphene film having electromagnetic shielding property at high pressure of 50-200 MPa for 5 minutes to 2 hours, obtaining graphene film having thermal conductivity, adding to boiled respirator, and soaking in breathing agent for 1-1000 seconds. The breathable graphene film is formed by laminating graphene sheets having average plane orientation of more than 100 mu m, by pi -conjugation. Graphene structure comprises 1-4 layers of graphene sheets having ID/TG value of less than ?0.01. USE - Function conversion method of breathable graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides breathable graphene film having shielding property of 90-130 dB. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Function conversion method of breathable graphene film involves pressing breathable graphene film having electromagnetic shielding property at high pressure of 50-200 MPa for 5 minutes to 2 hours, obtaining graphene film having thermal conductivity, adding to boiled respirator, and soaking in breathing agent for 1-1000 seconds. The breathing agent is 2,3-dimethyl-1-butene, 1,2-bis vinyl chloride (cis), 1,2-dichloroethylene (trans), 1,5-hexadiene, 3-methyl-pentene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, 4-methyl-2-pentene (cis), 4-methyl-2-pentene (trans), 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene, iodoethylene, n-propylamine, diethylamine, ethyl ether, acetone, dichloromethane, ethanol, ethyl acetate, liquid nitrogen, water, petroleum ether, hexane and other common solvent. The breathable graphene film is formed by laminating graphene sheets having an average plane orientation of more than 100 mu m, by pi -conjugation. The graphene structure comprises 1-4 layers of graphene sheets having reduced defects, and ID/TG value of less than ?0.01.
