▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene containing collection of carbon atom having substance structure in which meshwork structure contains two-dimensionally spread hexagonal carbon atom involves applying load to collection of flake graphite particles or collection of aggregated-form graphite particles, such that interlayer bonding of all graphite crystals of the flake graphite particles or aggregated-form graphite particles is destroyed simultaneously, and immense number of graphene are manufactured from the collection of the flake graphite particles or collection of the flake graphite particles. USE - Manufacture of graphene used for manufacture of graphene junction for manufacture of anode catalyst, cathode catalyst, fuel electrode and air electrode in polymer electrolyte fuel cell, improved industrial commodity e.g. sliding component, liquid-injecting nozzle, metal mask plate used for screen printing, electric contact, stamper used when manufacturing optical disk, thermal head or magnetic head used as printing head for magnetic recording or recording and reproducing, and screen mesh for printed circuit board and flexible printed circuit board, mounting circuit of surface-mount-type light-emitting element, electronic circuit of circuit board in electronic device, molding e.g. rare-earth element, coating material for formation of film on surface of container or molding, pellet of composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene is economically manufactured by simple method. The graphene junction economically formed using the graphene has excellent thermal conductivity and electroconductivity. The industrial commodity economically processed using the graphene has improved water-repellent property, abrasion resistance and lubricity, and excellent thermal conductivity and electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene junction, which involves heat-treating graphene and raw material in which metal having magnetism is deposited or raw material including various raw materials containing raw material in which the metal having magnetism is deposited, and raw material in which metal which does not have magnetism is deposited, thermally-decomposing raw material adsorbed to graphene, such that metal microparticles having magnetism is supported on surface of the graphene, and graphenes are joined when metal microparticles having magnetism is provided with metallic bond; (2) manufacture of improved industrial commodity, which involves adsorbing collection of graphene to industrial commodity, heat-processing industrial commodity, joining graphenes, producing graphene junction, magnetically-attracting the produced graphene junction to the industrial commodity, to provide improved property to industrial commodity; (3) manufacture of anode catalyst or cathode catalyst, which involves using screen mesh; (4) manufacture of fuel electrode or air electrode in polymer electrolyte fuel cell, which involves absorbing primary addition element of polymer electrolyte material which conducts proton with respect to screen mesh, and adsorbing secondary addition element of polymer electrolyte material which conducts proton on surface of graphene junction magnetically-attracted to screen mesh. The screen mesh contains primary and secondary addition elements; (5) manufacture of industrial commodity or surface layer container of industrial commodity; (6) manufacture of printed circuit board or flexible printed circuit board; (7) manufacture of mounting circuit of surface-mount-type light-emitting element; (8) manufacture of electronic circuit of circuit board in electronic device; (9) manufacture of primary molding, which involves thermal-decomposing collection of graphene junctions as primary raw material, taking organic substance as secondary raw material, thermally decomposing, mixing collection of graphene junction with dissolution solution obtained by dissolving organic substance with solvent to obtain suspension, filling mold with suspension, heat-processing under reducing atmosphere containing hydrogen gas, and vaporizing solvent and secondary raw material; (10) manufacture of secondary molding, which involves taking collection of graphene junction as primary raw material, thermal-decomposing, taking organic substance as secondary raw material, mixing collection of graphene junction with dissolution solution, filling extrusion molding machine with obtained suspension, kneading and heat-processing, vaporizing solvent and organic substance, and extruding residue; (11) manufacture of tertiary molding, which involves filling secondary molding in secondary-forming machine, filling filler and manufacturing tertiary molding; (12) manufacture of coating material, which involves using the suspension; (13) formation of film on surface of container or molding, which involves applying coating material to surface of container or molding to form a coating film, and heat-processing obtained container or molding to vaporize organic substance and solvent containing coating material under reducing atmosphere; (14) manufacture of pellet of composite material, which involves taking graphene junction as primary raw material and dilution solution obtained by dispersing thermoplastic resin as secondary raw material in water, mixing graphene junction and dilution solution to obtain suspension, filling an extrusion molding machine with suspension, kneading and heat-processing suspension, vaporizing solvent, thermal-melting thermoplastic resin, extruding residue to cord form, and cutting obtained cord form product to fixed length; and (15) manufacture of molding, which involves molding using pellet of composite material by molding method chosen from injection molding process, sleeve molding method, tube molding method, blow molding method, sheet molding method or thermoforming molding method.
