ADVANTAGE - The soundproof type A fireproof polystyrene board has functions of heat insulation, achieves class A fire resistance and strong sound insulation, which enhances compression and tensile capacity of the polystyrene board and improves fire safety, realizes energy saving and emission reduction with high safety factor, wide application range, and good economic and social benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing soundproof type A fireproof polystyrene board, which involves: (A) mixing 38-55 pts. wt. polystyrene raw materials, 38-52 pts. wt. fumed silica, 1-6 pts. wt. nano aerogel, 1-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-15 white high-temperature ceramics, 5-16 pts. wt. Eucommia gum, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 3-9 pts. wt. modified sepiolite; (B) heating and stirring premixed in a stirring device with an electric heating function to heat up and stir to fully mix the materials; (C) putting the stirred mixture into the oven to make polystyrene powder glue sticky fumed silica, nano aerogel, graphene, white high-temperature ceramic glaze, Eucommia gum, antioxidant and modified sepiolite; (D) putting the dried modified polystyrene mixture into a foaming spare bucket; (E) inhaling the polystyrene mixture into the foaming machine to form granules; and (F) placing the foamed particles to a secondary sheet forming mold for high-temperature foaming to form the sound-proof nanometer fire-resistant polystyrene sheet.
