▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultra-low thermal conductivity nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel is claimed. The nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel has a uniform three-dimensional network structure with a pore size of 30-100 mu m and a density of 3.1-15.9 mg/cm3, the nitrogen element content is 2.4-10%, and the thermal conductivity is 0.015-0.039 W/(mK). USE - Used as ultra-low thermal conductivity nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The graphene aerogel: can adjusts the nitrogen content of graphene aerogel by hydrothermal reaction and heat treatment, and adjusts the microstructure of graphene aerogel by controlling the freezing temperature to reduce the thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the ultra-low thermal conductivity nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel, comprising (i) preparing an aqueous solution of graphene oxide; (ii) adding a nitrogen source to the graphene aqueous solution, uniformly mixing, and hydrothermally reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 5-12 hours to obtain the reduced graphene oxide hydrogel, and the mass ratio of graphene oxide and nitrogen source is 1:0.1-3; and (iii) washing the reduced graphene oxide hydrogel prepared by step (ii) with an alcohol solution, and then freezing and vacuum-drying to obtain reduced graphene oxide aerogel, heat-treating the alkene aerogel at a temperature of 400-1000 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain a nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel.
