▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermal-spray preparation of metal-based graphene-reinforced composite material involves grinding a substrate surface by sandblasting, removing residual material thereby improving bonding strength between substrate surface and spray layers, carrying out thermal spraying on resultant substrate surface and forming an iron-based graphene-reinforced composite coating comprising tubular wrapper material and filler powder. The tubular wrapper material is low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel. The filler powder includes iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, boron or chromium. USE - Thermal-spray preparation of metal-based graphene-reinforced composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Thermal-spray preparation of metal-based graphene-reinforced composite material involves grinding a substrate surface by sandblasting, removing residual material thereby improving bonding strength between substrate surface and spray layers, carrying out thermal spraying on resultant substrate surface and forming an iron-based graphene-reinforced composite coating comprising tubular wrapper material and filler powder. The tubular wrapper material is low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel. The filler powder is iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal or nano-alumina powder material. The weight ratio of iron-based graphene powder, ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal and nano-alumina powder material is 40-85:1-10:5.1-7.5:2-20:1-4:1-5:5-20. The mass ratio of iron and carbon in iron-based graphene powder is 40-80:2.6-3.5.
