▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene electric heating slurry includes 20-50 pts. wt. conductive filler, 28-58 pts. wt. organic solvent, 15 pts. wt. resin binder, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 3 pts. wt. auxiliary dispersant, and 1-2 pts. wt. adhesion promoter. The defoaming agent is a silicone defoamer, where the antistatic agent is glyceryl monopalmitate. The leveling agent is a silicone leveling agent. The wetting and dispersing agent is an amino acid ester copolymer solution. The co-dispersing agent is polyvinylpyrrolidone. The adhesion promoter is a polyester modified polymer. USE - Graphene electric heating slurry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electric heating slurry has high specific surface area, large sheet diameter, high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, and can prevent graphene from agglomerating, form a conductive path between layers of graphene, and conductive carbon black or conductive graphite powder, and shows suitable resistance value, and achieves required heating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene electrothermal slurry, which involves: (A) weighing the various raw materials; (B) putting filler 1 and filler 2 in a 200 degrees C oven to dry for 2 hours; (C) dissolving various additives such as resin binder, defoamer, leveling agent, auxiliary dispersant, etc. in an organic solvent under stir with magnetic force for 1 hour to mix as an organic carrier; (D) adding mixed conductive filler to the organic vehicle in batches for 1 hour to obtain a premixed slurry; (E) grinding the pre-mixed slurry in a three-roll mill for 3-5 times to obtain a graphene electrothermal slurry; (F) coating the graphene electrothermal slurry on the PET substrate; and (G) curing at 130 degrees C for 30 minutes.
