▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Medical material comprises first protective function layer includes a first composite fiber film prepared by electrospinning with a polylactic acid solution and a first protective function solution with dual nozzles. The polylactic acid solution includes a first solvent. The first solvent is water, methanol, acetone, or dichloromethane. The first protective function solution includes tungsten trioxide, ethanol, polyacrylamide and a second solvent. The second solvent is water, formic acid, acetic acid, and/or trifluoroacetic acid. The second protective functional layer connected on the upper surface of the first protective functional layer includes a film prepared from an aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and a third protective functional layer connected on the lower surface of the first protective functional layer which comprising a polylactic acid film immersed in a graphene oxide solution and a polyvinyl alcohol solution and modified by amination. USE - The medical material is useful in biochemical grade for preventing harmful chemical agent, radioactive dust, and bacteria in form of aerosol invasion. ADVANTAGE - The medical material; can prevent harmful chemical agent, radioactive dust, bacteria in form of aerosol invasion, antistatic; has good water resistance, high biochemical reagent decomposition rate with thin thickness and light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing medical material comprising adding polylactic acid to first solvent, and performing magnetic stirring at 800-1600 revolutions/minute at 60-70℃ for 10-12 hours to obtain a polylactic acid solution with a mass concentration of 15-20%, mixing and adding tungsten trioxide, ethanol and polyacrylamide to second solvent, magnetic stirring at 300-1200 revolutions/minute at 20-30℃ for 5-24 hours to obtain a first protective function solution with a mass concentration of 30-35%, using polylactic acid solution as first spinning solution, and using first protective function solution as second spinning solution, installing on double nozzles of the first electrospinning device, carrying out double-nozzle electrospinning and mixed film formation, and vacuum drying to obtain first composite fiber film, calcining first composite fiber film at 900-1200℃ for 0.5-6 hours, and cooling to obtain first protective functional layer, scraping and coating aqueous polyurethane emulsion uniformly on upper surface of the first protective functional layer by a film applicator to form a film of a certain thickness, drying at 90-100℃ and baking at 140-180℃ for 5-20 minutes to obtain film, applying second protective functional layer on upper surface of the first protective functional layer, using polylactic acid solution as third spinning solution, installing on nozzle of the second electrospinning device, performing single-nozzle electrospinning to form a film, and vacuum drying to obtain a polylactic acid film, subjecting polylactic acid film to amination modification treatment, and immersing treated polylactic acid film in graphene oxide solution for 8-15 minutes, taking out water for washing, drying and immersing in polyvinyl alcohol solution for 8-15 minutes, and repeating for 4-6 times to obtain third protective functional layer, connecting third protective function layer to lower surface of the first protective function layer to obtain a medical material.
