NOVELTY - Manufacture of aromatic polyamide fiber involves dispersing graphene oxide in an organic solvent, obtaining a dispersion, adding m-phenylenediamine monomer to the dispersion, dissolving, cooling, stirring, adding portion of isophthaloyl chloride, polycondensing, neutralizing using an alkaline substance, adding remainder portion of isophthaloyl chloride, stirring, obtaining m-aromatic polyamide resin solution and wet-spinning resultant solution. USE - Manufacture of aromatic polyamide fiber used for preparing aviation oil-free self lubricating liner product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of aromatic polyamide fiber having high thermal conductivity and anti-friction property and improved mechanical properties.
