NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-carbon filler involves (S1) dissolving nano-carbon powder after pre-processing in an alkane solvent to obtain nano-carbon/alkane suspension, (S2) adding chlorosilane reagent to the suspension to obtain a dispersion liquid, and (S3) heat-reacting the dispersion liquid, cooling to room temperature, filtering, and drying. USE - Preparation of nano-carbon filler used for forming nano-carbon composite resin and composite polymer materials by suspension polymerization (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides nano-carbon filler which can be stably dispersed in organic phase, ensures production of nano-carbon composite resin beads having excellent dispersibility and high roundness, is prepared in a simple manner suitable for large-scale production with excellent repeatability and high roundness, and reduces the loss of the nano-carbons in the polymerization process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for nano-carbon composite resin, which is prepared by uniformly mixing the nano-carbon filler with an organic phase raw material of suspension polymerization reaction, adding aqueous phase raw material, and reacting to obtain nano-carbon composite resin beads.
