NOVELTY - Graphene coated carbon black material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. carbon black powder, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene nano sheets, 5-15 pts. wt. filler, 3-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-6 pts. wt. hydrocarbon organic solvents, 3-7 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-8 pts. wt. antioxidant and 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as graphene coated carbon black material comprising e.g. carbon black powder. ADVANTAGE - The graphene coated carbon black material has a pure surface, no bonds of solvent molecules, and a small particle size. The method has simple process, extremely low energy consumption and low cost; utilizes fillers to adjust color density and reducing costs in carbon black processing; improves the viscosity and other ink properties of carbon black processing; utilizes hydrocarbon organic solvents as solvents to avoid the volatilization of a large number of toxic solvents and prevent pollution of the surrounding environment and human health and utilizes dispersant to shorten the dispersion time and improves the gloss of the graphene-coated carbon black material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-coated carbon black material comprising (a) taking the raw materials, (b) adding carbon black powder to a nano-scale grinder for grinding to obtain nano-scale carbon black powder, (c) mixing the silane coupling agent, hydrocarbon organic solvent, dispersant and deionized water, slowly stirring, adding nano-grade carbon black powder in the stirring process, stirring, hydrolyzing completely to obtain the modified carbon black emulsion and (d) adding graphene nanosheets, fillers, and antioxidants to the modified carbon black emulsion, shearing and emulsifying at high pressure to obtain graphene coated carbon black material.
