NOVELTY - Flame-retardant acrylic composite board comprises an acrylic substrate board and a flame retardant polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film. One side of the flame retardant PET film is coated with a flame retardant layer, the flame retardant layer is dried, and the surface of the acrylic substrate plate is uniformly coated with silica gel. One side of the flame-retardant PET film covered with the flame-retardant layer is pressed against the surface of the acrylic base plate. The flame-retardant layer is 10-18 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 6-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 4-6 pts. wt. flame retardant and 0.06-0.08 part curing agent. The flame retardant includes triethyl phosphate and composite components. The composite component is to graft amino groups on surface of silica through a coupling agent, and then make graphene oxide and the amino groups on the surface of silica to undergo amidation reaction, adsorbing graphene oxide on the surface of silica through amide bonds, drying and crushing. USE - Used as flame-retardant acrylic composite board. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of poor flame retardancy of existing acrylic sheets. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flame-retardant acrylic composite board, comprising dispersing the silicon dioxide in the de-ionized water, grafting amino on the surface of the silicon dioxide by adding coupling agent to obtain the modified liquid, ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide powder in the de-ionized water to obtain the graphene oxide mixed liquid, adding the graphene oxide mixed liquid into the modified liquid, making the amino on the surface of the silicon dioxide and the carbonyl on the graphene oxide sheet layer generate amidation reaction, making the graphene oxide absorbed on the surface of the silicon dioxide by amide bond, drying, crushing to obtain the composite component, stirring the epoxy resin, dispersant, flame retardant and curing agent and mixed uniformly to obtain the flame retardant layer, uniformly coating silica gel on the surface of the acrylic base material plate, one side of the flame retardant PET film is coated with a flame retardant layer, drying the flame retardant layer, one side of the flame retardant PET film covered with the flame retardant layer is pressed on the surface of the acrylic base material plate.
