▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/nylon-6 composite material involves heating caprolactam to melt, adding 6-aminocaproic acid, and stirring to obtain preprocessed caprolactam solution, adding graphite to the obtained solution, and ultrasonically processing to obtain mixture suspension, where the mass ratio of the graphite and solution is 1:100-1:10, heating the obtained suspension at 150-180 degrees C, heat-preserving for 1-2 hours, heating at 200-260 degrees C for 6-9 hours, and naturally cooling, washing the obtained product, and drying. USE - Preparation method of graphene/nylon-6 composite material for electronic appliance, communication product, and mechanical industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/nylon-6 composite material with excellent thermal conductivity, by simple and economical process in short time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene/nylon-6 composite material involves (1) heating caprolactam to melt, adding 6-aminocaproic acid, and stirring until the reaction is complete to obtain preprocessed caprolactam solution, where the mass ratio of caprolactam and 6-aminocaproic acid is 9:1-10:1, (2) adding graphite to the solution obtained in step (1), and ultrasonically processing to obtain mixture suspension, where the mass ratio of the graphite and solution is 1:100-1:10, (3) heating the suspension obtained in the step (2) at 150-180 degrees C, heat-preserving for 1-2 hours, heating at 200-260 degrees C for 6-9 hours, and naturally cooling, and (4) washing the product obtained in step (3), and drying.
