▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tin dioxide material with few layers of graphene modified with oxygen vacancy, comprises (i) mixing tin tetrachloride, ethanol, water and concentrated hydrochloric acid uniformly, heating and reacting to obtain white precipitate, and calcining to obtain pure tin dioxide, (ii) stirring graphite powder, sodium nitrate, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid uniformly under the condition of ice water bath, slowly adding potassium permanganate (KMn2O4) into the reaction, transferring to water bath, continue stirring, and adding hydrogen peroxide to obtain graphene oxide solution, (iii) mixing and reacting obtained tin dioxide powder and graphene oxide aqueous solution to obtain tin dioxide-graphene oxide composite material, and (iv) soaking tin dioxide-graphene oxide in sodium borohydride solution, and calcining in nitrogen environment to obtain oxygen vacancy tin dioxide-reduced graphene oxide composite material. USE - The tin dioxide material with few layers of graphene modified with oxygen vacancy is useful as supercapacitor anode material. ADVANTAGE - The material: high sensitivity and cycle stability to reducing gases. The method: has simple operation; and is suitable for large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for oxygen vacancy tin dioxide-reduced graphene oxide composite material prepared by above method.
