NOVELTY - A fluorine-doped graphene nanosheet preparing method involves dispersing the reduced graphene oxide in ethanol, adding hydrofluoric acid, placing in a reaction vessel, heating to 120-180 degrees C for reaction, after the reaction, naturally cooling at room temperature of 20-25 degrees C, centrifuging and washing by water, and drying. USE - Method for preparing fluorine-doped graphene nanosheet that is utilized as negative electrode material in lithium ion battery, and for modifying graphene materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing fluorine-doped graphene nanosheet simple, cheap, cost effective and easy manner.
