NOVELTY - A cadmium selenide transparent thin film solar battery has structure having graphene/cadmium selenide/zinc selenide/zinc oxide, where graphene acts as back contact layer of transparent cell, and zinc oxide acts as transparent front electrode. The solar cell substrate is graphene. The solar battery has self-supporting function, and can be transplanted to other transparent flexible or transparent rigid substrates. USE - Cadmium selenide transparent thin film solar battery is used for manufacturing double-junction laminated solar batteries. ADVANTAGE - The cadmium selenide transparent thin film solar battery has high photoelectric conversion efficiency. In near infrared wave band, the transmittance of solar battery to sunshine is high.
