The solar cell substrate is graphene. The solar battery has self-supporting function, and can be transplanted to other transparent flexible or transparent rigid substrates. USE - Cadmium selenide transparent thin film solar battery is used for manufacturing double-junction laminated solar batteries. ADVANTAGE - The cadmium selenide transparent thin film solar battery has high photoelectric conversion efficiency. In near infrared wave band, the transmittance of solar battery to sunshine is high.
