▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Production of interlayer distance controlled graphene involves dispersing graphene oxide in solution using surfactant, forming reduced graphene oxide by adding reducing agent into the solution containing dispersed graphene oxide, and adding pillar material which is activated at its both ends by sodium ion group into the solution containing the reduced graphene oxide to control interlayer distance of reduced graphene oxide. USE - Production of interlayer distance controlled graphene used in supercapacitor and graphene solution (all claimed). Can also be used in field-effect transistor, memory device, transparent electrodes and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of distance controlled graphene provides supercapacitor having excellent electroconductivity, electrochemical stability and electrical storage capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) supercapacitor, which consists of an anode and cathode arranged opposite to each other, separator membrane formed between the anode and the cathode, and electrolyte. The anode or cathode comprises the interlayer distance controlled graphene; and (2) sgraphene composition, which comprises graphene sheets stacked on each other, pillar group comprising aromatic structure covalently bonded to two adjacent graphene sheets to control interlayer distance between two adjacent graphene sheets.
