NOVELTY - The flexible graphite sheets including graphene layers, are laminated. The graphene layers are directionally aligned by applying pressure to the sheets. USE - For manufacturing graphite-based head spreader (claimed) or heat pipe (claimed) used in thermal management system for dissipating heat generated by electronic components in laptop computer and handheld device. ADVANTAGE - By directionally aligning the graphene layers of the graphite sheet laminate, the thermal anisotropic ratio and thermal conductivity of the heat spreader are improved, hence facilitates efficient heat dissipation.
