NOVELTY - Graphene paper preparation involves heating graphene oxide microchip and spraying with a solution containing ethanol, where the ethanol and water are provided in a ratio of 9:1. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene paper in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with small impurity content, good three-dimensional thermal conductivity, high tensile strength and good extension.
