NOVELTY - Ammonia sensor based on graphene-polypyrrole comprises substrate and electrode. The substrate is provided with graphene-polypyrrole composite gas-sensitive material. The graphene-polypyrrole composite gas-sensitive material Is layered graphene. The surface of layered graphene is polymerized with layered polypyrrole. USE - Ammonia sensor based on graphene-polypyrrole. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has good gas selectivity, high gas response degree, low detection limit, high surface flatness, adjustable material thickness, stable chemical property, long service life and good durability of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing ammonia sensor based on graphene-polypyrrole, which involves: (A) transferring the graphene film to the substrate; (B) using electrochemical polymerization method; (C) performing in-situ polymerizing polypyrrole on the graphene film to obtain composite gas-sensitive material of graphene-polypyrrole; (D) etching the composite gas-sensitive material of the graphene/polypyrrole to obtain the channel material; (E) making two ends of the channel material connected with the electrode; (F) packaging; and (G) processing to obtain the ammonia sensor.
