NOVELTY - Method for preparing an intercalated type organic thermoelectric polymer/graphene oxide film, involves (1) soaking the layered graphene oxide film in deionized water, and standing,(2) soaking the layered graphene oxide film after standing in an aqueous solution or an organic solution of an organic thermoelectric polymer, standing, and then drying to obtain an insertion type organic thermoelectric polymer/graphene oxide film; and (3)soaking intercalation type organic thermoelectric polymer/graphene oxide film in an aqueous solution of reducing agent, and then drying to obtain intercalation type reduced organic thermoelectric polymer/reduced graphene oxide composite thermoelectric film. USE - Preparation method of intercalation type composite thermoelectric material used in flexible wearable device and low-grade heat energy utilization field, energy field and academia and industrial sector. ADVANTAGE - The method controls space orientation of the organic thermoelectric polymer through two-dimensional micro-nano space layered confinement effect of graphene oxide film. The reduction treatment can improve Seebeck coefficient and conductivity of the composite material, and synergistic effect of two can improve Seebeck performance of prepared intercalation type composite material. Compared with existing technology, the preparation method uses graphene oxide films with layered structure as substrate, high conductive organic thermo-electrode polymer is inserted in graphene oxide nano sheet, then reducing treatment in the reduction, agent as to adjust carrier concentration of material, so as to improve seebeck coefficient.
