▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced antistatic antibacterial composite fiber comprises inner layer and outer layer. The outer layer covers the outer periphery of the inner layer. The cross-sectional profile of the outer layer is circular. A ratio of a cross-sectional area of the inner layer and the outer layer is 1: 0.4-0.7. The inner layer comprises 80-90 pts. wt. isophthalamide adipamide-terephthalyl adipamide copolyamide, and 10-25 pts. wt. polysebacyl sebacamide. The outer layer comprises 85-95 pts. wt. polysebacyl sebacamide, 15-20 pts. wt. m-phthaloyl adipamide-terephthalyl adipamide copolyamide, 6-9 pts. wt. graphene oxide on the edge and 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant. The edge graphene oxide is edge-oxidized nanographene microchip. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced antistatic antibacterial composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber: has good mechanical strength; maintains good dimensional stability, good antistatic, and antibacterial properties; and is soft; has low water absorption and good appearance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-reinforced antistatic antibacterial composite fiber, comprising (a) taking raw materials of the inner layer and the outer layer, and use the mixer, uniformly mixing and drying the raw materials of the inner and outer layers respectively, (b) sending the inner raw material to a single-screw extruder, and melting into a inner mixed melt, (c) sending the outer raw materials to a twin-screw extruder, and melting into an outer mixed melt, (d) conveying the inner mixed melt and the outer mixed melt into the composite spinning machine, and distributing the melt, spraying from the composite spinneret to form wire with inner layer and outer layer structure, cooling by air blowing, oiling, stretching, and wounding to obtain graphene-reinforced antistatic antibacterial composite fiber.
