NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/cyanoethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose composite material involves taking predetermined amount of hydroxyethyl cellulose, adding a mixed solution of isopropanol and ethanol, adding different concentration of sodium hydroxide solution, stirring, dissolving, and alkalizing hydroxyethyl cellulose, dissolving graphene oxide in a dimethylformamide solution, ultrasonically dispersing the solution, taking out the alkalized hydroxyethyl cellulose mixture and squeezing with a suction filtration device, adding a mixed solution of acrylonitrile and dichloromethane for etherifying hydroxyethyl cellulose, stirring, heating by stages, pouring the graphene oxide solution, terminating the reaction with acetic acid, dripping the mixture into ethanol for precipitation, washing with ethanol or deionized water, and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene/cyanoethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene/cyanoethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose composite material having excellent electrical conductivity than ordinary materials, and dielectric property.
