NOVELTY - Producing graphene oxide hybrid anti-corrosion paint, comprises (1) adding graphene oxide into water, ultrasonically dispersing, adding ammonium hydrogencarbonate, stirring and mixing for 4 hours to obtain graphene dispersion, (2) slowly adding aqueous solution of potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate into graphene dispersion prepared in the step (1), adding ammonia water to adjust pH value, and reacting, (3) precipitating, washing the precipitate, and low temperature drying to obtain alumina precursor/graphene oxide hybrid, and (4) adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, liquid epoxy resin, distilled water, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose ether, leveling agent, curing agent, defoamer and mica powder into the alumina precursor/graphene oxide hybrid to obtain paint. The method is carried out by forming alumina precursor/graphene oxide hybrid by reacting in graphene oxide dispersion, mixing product with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, epoxy resin and additives to prepare anti-corrosion paint. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene oxide hybrid anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good compatibility, uniform dispensability, good corrosion resistance, stripping resistance and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide hybrid anti-corrosion paint produced by the above method.
