▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A liquid metal composite modified metal grid interface material is obtained by compounding a modified room temperature liquid metal (1) and a modified metal net (2). USE - Liquid metal composite modified metal grid interface material is used in high power density device. ADVANTAGE - The liquid metal composite modified metal grid interface material has improved heat conducting coefficient and transmission speed of the heat, and reduces the working temperature of the device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the liquid metal composite modified metal grid interface material, which involves (s1) subjecting the metal net and nanoparticles (3) to alcohol ultrasonic removal of oil stain or impurities on the surface, soaking using 1-10 mol/L hydrochloric acid for 10-1000 seconds, washing residual hydrochloric acid using deionized water, (s2) mixing the nanoparticles in the liquid metal at normal temperature under the protection of helium gas atmosphere, at the rotating speed of 1000-5000 rpm for 30-90 minutes by ball milling to obtain the modified room-temperature liquid metal, (s3) treating the metal mesh with a modifying agent for 10-100 seconds, cleaning residual modifier using deionized water, and (s4) soaking the modified metal net in the modified room temperature liquid metal for 5-15 hours and taking out.
